This is a dynamic and challenging role within the pharmacy department at Darent Valley Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Keeper with checking and supplying pharmacy stocks at ward level, as well as delivering medication to the wards.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Store Keeper with checking and supplying pharmacy stocks at ward level.
- Deliver medication to the wards.
- Accept pharmaceutical deliveries to the Trust and match goods received against electronic orders.
- Heavy lifting of boxes of IV Fluids (approximate weight per box 12kg) and lift ward boxes full of stock ready for general porters to deliver to the wards.
