Your Mission as a PharmacyAssistantAs a vital member of our team youwill:
- Assist in the dispensing ofmedications under the supervision of a pharmacist maintainingmeticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Offer exceptional customer service ensuring all patientsfeel heard supported and valued.
- Contribute tothe pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficientworkflow.
- Manage inventory by organisingstocking and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
- Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptionsmanaging stock levels and handling customer queries.
- Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacyenvironment.
The ideal candidate willpossess:
- A foundation of pharmacyknowledge with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in PharmacyServices or equivalent experience.
- Exceptionalcustomer service skills; displaying warmth empathy andpatience.
- A keen eye for detail ensuring theaccuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
- Strong teamwork capabilities thriving in a collaborativework setting.
- Computer literacy comfortablewith learning and utilising various pharmacy softwaresystems.
- Outstanding communication traitsability to problemsolve and the initiative to adapt quickly in abustling environment.
