Job Title: Data Quality Assurance Auditor

DRH Support Services is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. As a Data Quality Assurance Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily reviews of data quality for the Bracknell operation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Perform end-to-end case audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of our Quality Management System.
  • Produce high-quality reports summarizing data quality results and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly QA and Risk reports, including the Conduct Risk Dashboard and Consumer Duty Dashboard.
Requirements:
  • Sound technical understanding of quality assurance, specifically in relation to FCA regulated and consumer credit products.
  • Experience of compliance monitoring and delivery of review methodology requirements.
  • Ability to write summary and MI reports, both high-level and in detail.
  • Knowledge and application of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to assimilate large amounts of information.
Personal Attributes:
  • A passion for compliance and quality, with a focus on delivering against these requirements.
  • Proficient IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project.
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen and a pragmatic attitude.
