Role Overview

An experienced administration professional is required to oversee student attendance at a secondary school in Tameside. The successful candidate will join the team on a full-time, ongoing basis.

This role involves managing attendance across the school, utilizing excel skills to track individuals, and experience with SIMs. Opportunities may arise to visit students at home to address attendance issues. You will conduct interviews with students upon their return, collaborating with heads of year and students to facilitate their return and engagement in school.

The school maintains good behaviour and attitudes among students, with high expectations for academic achievement. Students have opportunities to engage in local community activities and school life.

We are offering a competitive salary of £115 per day for this role.
