About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Attendance and Intervention Officer to join our Student Support team at Elizabeth School of London. As an Attendance and Intervention Officer, you will play a key role in supporting students to achieve their academic goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners. They will be responsible for coordinating registry support functions, monitoring student progression, and implementing strategies to improve attendance patterns.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to the success of our students. The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate registry support functions to ensure smooth student journey
  • Monitor and assess student progression and retention rates
  • Implement strategies to improve attendance patterns
  • Provide guidance and support to students on course selection and academic progression

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Competency in Excel and other Google Suite tools
