We are a leading provider of data-driven digital transformation services, delivering innovative solutions across multiple industries. Our teams work on complex digital projects that require strong leadership and analytical skills.

As a Business Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for managing small teams to ensure successful delivery of consulting projects. You will also contribute to the sales process by supporting the sale of new work and securing contract extensions.

This role requires experience using project management methodologies and tools to manage and deliver projects efficiently. Familiarity with platforms such as Pega, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP is desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - 90,000 per annum, based on the title, job description, and location. We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days of annual leave, retail discounts, pension, private medical scheme, life assurance, and an option to purchase additional leave through our Flexible Benefits.
