Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough analyses of our business operations, processes, and SOPs to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Documenting project objectives and benefits, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Gathering and validating business requirements for IT projects, crafting compelling project proposals and presentations
  • Designing and implementing process improvements, including 'as-is' and 'to-be' process maps, to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, managing risks and issues proactively
  • Ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing expertise through peer reviews and workshops

We seek an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record of driving business improvement and delivering results. A strong background in Microsoft core products and IT project management methodologies is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

Benefits and Salary

This role offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with excellent employee benefits, including a free onsite gym, free meals, and 23 days holiday per year, increasing with length of service.
