Business Process Improvement Lead

You will lead complex projects and multi-year strategic initiatives, understanding business needs and requirements, documenting these and reporting on them. Your responsibilities will include facilitating and conducting requirement meetings, presentations, and workshops.
As a Technical Business Solutions Analyst, you will ensure solutions ultimately improve efficiency for business processes and are consistent with products. You will collaborate and develop relationships with senior stakeholders daily, across various business functions. Your tasks will also include user stories, Acceptance Testing criteria, test plans, and scripts based on requirements.
Mentorship and leading one or more IT Business Analysts will be part of your responsibilities.
