Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a sleep-in allowance of £62.64 per night.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Deputy Manager to join our team at our 4-bedroom home in Carlisle. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our residents. Your duties will include:
  • Leading a team of staff to provide 24/7 care and support to our residents
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents at all times
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
