Residential Deputy Manager Opportunity

North Lakes Children's Services is seeking a seasoned Children's Home Deputy Manager to lead our residential care team in Carlisle.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the issues that face young people in care and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to promote their well-being.

Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant diploma or NVQ level 3 qualification in health and social care
  • Have experience working with Emotional Behavioural Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work
  • Be willing to undertake a DBS check at enhanced level
  • Have a full, clean UK driving licence
Benefits:
  • Estimated salary range £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience
  • Sleep-in allowance of £62.64 per night
