About the Role

Solent Mind is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team in delivering support to individuals with mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety disorders.

The successful candidate will be employed by Solent Mind and will be responsible for delivering assessments and evidenced-based low intensity CBT interventions. This will involve working with clients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans, as well as providing one-to-one guided self-help via telephone and video, face-to-face sessions, and online programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments and low intensity CBT interventions to individuals with mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety disorders
  • Work with clients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide one-to-one guided self-help via telephone and video, face-to-face sessions, and online programs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in regular training and professional development to maintain expertise
