Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work across both the Older People's Mental Health (OPMH) organic inpatient service and the functional mental health inpatient service, providing psychological assessment, formulation, and therapeutic interventions to older adults and their carers.
Main Responsibilities- Provide psychological assessment and formulation to older adults and their carers
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to address mental health difficulties
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Contribute to the development of new psychological services and initiatives

Person Specification- DClinPsy or DCounsPsy qualification
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with older adults and their carers
- Knowledge of psychological therapies and models of psychopathology
