About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work with older adults with complex mental health difficulties, providing psychological assessment and therapy in community, clinic, and inpatient settings.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing psychological assessment and therapy to older adults and their carers
- Offering advice to the multi-disciplinary team on psychological issues
- Supervising a clinical psychology trainee and contributing to service development
- Developing skills in neuropsychology for candidates with an interest
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working within the NHS
- Relevant qualifications, including a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
- Registration with the relevant registration body
