Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operator to join our team at Hewett Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break.

The successful candidate will be based near Droitwich and will be required to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule.

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of £11.73, paid weekly.
