What you'll achieve:

As the Vice President of Product Management at Outseer, you'll lead a team of product management professionals to develop our products and bring software to life in a meaningful way for our industry. Leveraging tenured expertise in product design, operational leadership, fraud knowledge, and people management, you'll help shape Outseer's product strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software at a fast pace.

This role is instrumental in driving our product portfolio's growth, positioning our company as a leading provider in the industry. You'll be responsible for ensuring that roadmaps and processes around prioritization are well-defined and implemented, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business goals, leverage market trends, and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, lead, and grow a talented team of product management professionals.
  • Shape Outseer's product strategy, ensuring software is developed at high velocity and meets top-quality standards.
  • Deliver a consistently excellent end-to-end experience for all personas relying on Outseer's software.
  • Act as an expert user of Outseer's products, ensuring a world-class experience.
  • Build and scale a world-class team of product managers and leaders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative culture and inspire others to embrace and drive change.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years in senior product management leadership roles, including managing leaders, and recent experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Prior experience in the fraud detection and prevention domain is required.
  • Experience managing global product management teams and making tough decisions around product direction and prioritization.
