What You'll AchieveAs the Vice President of Product Management at Outseer, you'll lead a talented team of product management professionals in developing innovative products that drive business growth. With a deep understanding of product design, operational leadership, and fraud expertise, you'll shape Outseer's product strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software at a fast pace. Your focus will be on creating a consistently excellent end-to-end experience for all personas relying on Outseer's software, driving business success and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire, lead, and grow a high-performing product management team, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Shape Outseer's product strategy, leveraging expertise in product design, operational leadership, and fraud management.
- Deliver a great end-to-end experience for all personas, ensuring alignment between product priorities, roadmaps, and market needs.
- Act as an expert user of Outseer's products, ensuring a world-class experience that addresses market needs.
- Build and scale a world-class team of product managers and leaders, defining and executing product strategy.
- Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to define product direction and drive innovation.
- Foster a collaborative culture, inspiring and motivating the product management team.
- Understand strategic value, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive product growth.
- Manage tough decisions, leading through ambiguity and change to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Partner with the Services team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product improvements.
- Oversee the efficient delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget, maintaining a focus on operational excellence.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the team to enable efficient decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years in senior product management leadership roles, including managing leaders, and recent experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Prior experience in the fraud detection and prevention domain is required.
- Experience managing global product management teams and making tough decisions around product direction and prioritization.
- Growth mindset, with experience scaling product management frameworks and enabling teams to adapt to rapid growth and changing market dynamics.
- Proven success in attracting and retaining top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Track record of scaling Product Management organizations and deep understanding of organizational design and change management.
- Proven success as a partner and collaborator who prioritizes the success of the team over individual aspirations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a high level of quality in getting things done.
- Previous experience designing and building software products at scale.
- Deep understanding of the Fraud and Financial Industry applications.
