MMP Consultancy is seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team at an excellent Housing Association in Kent. As a key member of our Property Administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling diary.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the scheduling process for specific patches within the diary, working closely with residents and operatives to book appointments and ensure timely completion of works.
- Manage repairs raised and administer scheduling changes, identifying training needs within the Property Administration team and keeping residents informed.
- Deal with resident queries related to escalated repairs, providing professional and friendly support.
- Collaborate with Lead Technicians to ensure all repairs are attended to within Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Oversee urgent and emergency jobs, ensuring works are completed within target times and relevant databases are updated.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures for all jobs authorized and invoiced, maintaining an average cost per property in line with forecasted budget.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be proficient in scheduling software and have a strong understanding of property maintenance and repair processes.
