We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Mental Health Professional to join our Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment Team in East Staffs.
The successful candidate will assess mental health crises in individuals referred to the service and deliver safe and effective home treatment. They will also assist in the delivery of high-standard nursing care to service users.
