About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Psychiatric Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to children and their families.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people experiencing mental health-related difficulties and possess excellent assessment, planning, coordinating, and managing skills. You will be able to work autonomously in a community setting and make decisions that promote positive outcomes for children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evidence-based interventions to support children and families experiencing mental health-related difficulties
  • Care coordination of an identified caseload with regular supervision
  • Assessing patient's individual care needs and developing personalized treatment plans

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible working options, annual leave, and extensive health and wellbeing support.
