Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop treatment plans for children with mental health needs, taking into account their unique circumstances and requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A recognized qualification in nursing, social work, or a related field, along with relevant experience in mental health settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management, safeguarding, and child social care legislation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
