About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our Oncology Team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive their treatment and appointments in line with national cancer targets.

You will be responsible for streamlining administrative processes to support patient pathways and contributing to the day-to-day operational running of the service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Oncology Team's administrative functions
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to support patient care
  • Work closely with the senior management team to achieve service objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure excellent patient care

Requirements

  • Proven experience of managing teams in a healthcare setting
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • GCSEs at C grade or above in English and Mathematics
