About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Support Manager to join our Oncology Team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive their treatment and appointments in line with national cancer targets.

As a Clinical Support Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining administrative processes to support patient pathways and contributing to the day-to-day operational running of the service. You will work closely with our senior management team to achieve our strategic objectives and provide exceptional patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of managing teams, ideally during times of change, as well as NHS knowledge and experience. You will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer care and interpersonal skills, and you will be required to have GCSEs at C grade or above in English and Mathematics and a relevant management qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operational running of the service
  • Streamline administrative processes to support patient pathways
  • Work closely with the senior management team to achieve strategic objectives
