Clinical Neuropsychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at The Laurels, a neurological rehabilitation service providing accommodation for 12 adult residents. Located just two miles from the historic city of Lincoln, our facility is fully adapted for wheelchair access and boasts en-suite bathrooms, a therapy room, training kitchen, and a community garden.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for undertaking line management responsibilities for a full-time Assistant Psychologist, completing assessments and clinical formulations of patient problem behaviours and treatment needs, and providing and evaluating the effectiveness of evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes.

You will also direct and support others to carry out evidence-based clinical psychology interventions, take personal responsibility for ensuring appropriate security procedures are adhered to, and maintain CPD of an HCPC Registered Practitioner Clinical Psychologist.

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist with a wide-ranging knowledge of specialist neuropsychological assessment and treatment of adults presenting with complex, acquired neurological disorders. You will have extensive experience in delivering individual therapy and helping non-psychology team members work with people who have experienced an acquired brain injury, coupled with good team and leadership skills.
