Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House Team at Hymans Robertson LLP. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional reception and catering services to our clients and staff, ensuring a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Be the first point of contact for clients and staff, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Communication: Answer calls efficiently and effectively using Microsoft Teams, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.
  • Visit Management: Ensure contractors and visitors sign in and out using our online visit management system, maintaining accurate records.
  • Meeting Room Management: Maintain meeting room diaries using Outlook, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
  • Catering Services: Prepare and serve tea and coffee, order lunches, and manage catering for additional events.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure kitchen areas are clean and tidy, with sufficient stock levels.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Manage the delivery of goods and services, ensuring timely and efficient receipt.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Facilities Co-ordinator and Senior Facilities Manager, including invoice processing and internal audits.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong efficiency and punctuality, with exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Teamwork: Excellent team working skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience in customer-facing roles advantageous.

Working Environment:

As a member of our Front of House Team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our clients and staff. You will be part of a small team, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
