Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our growing team and contribute to the success of Davies Group. As a Loss Adjuster Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting dedicated Adjusters in proactive claim management.
  • Managing caseloads autonomously, working within authority levels.
  • Handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and addressing concerns.
  • Reviewing and issuing reports to clients.
  • Appointing suppliers and overseeing progress.
  • Making outbound calls to customers and suppliers.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in property claims management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience working as part of a team.
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
About the Role
