Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Specification Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, and local authorities in the North West & West Midlands region.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling HVAC products, including boilers, air sourced heat pumps, underfloor heating, ventilation, radiators, and cylinders. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with decision-makers at various levels.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £52,500, comprising a basic salary of £50,000 and an OTE of 30%. Additional benefits include private healthcare for yourself and family, a company car, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, 6% company contribution pension, travel insurance options, and DOS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win and track specifications on commercial projects.
  • Promote a comprehensive suite of HVAC products, including air source heat pumps, ground sourced heat pumps, boilers, and renewable heating solutions.
  • Manage relationships with M&E contractors (60%), M&E consultants / Local Authorities (40%), and commercial plumbing & Heating Merchants.
  • Broker strong relationships with decision-makers, including Principle Engineers, Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers.
