Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to lead our askUs Operations Team as the Team Leader. This critical leadership position is responsible for managing all first-line customer enquiries within our omni-channel student experience team.
As the Team Leader, you will oversee a team of advisers who deliver exceptional service across multiple channels. You'll collaborate closely with other operational leaders to enhance both the efficiency and quality of service delivery. Your leadership will play a key role in creating a supportive and high-performing team environment, ensuring customer service excellence remains at the forefront.
We're looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You should have experience managing omni-channel service, with a deep understanding of the balance between service quality and operational efficiency. You'll know how to use data to drive performance improvements and guide staff development through coaching and support.
