We are seeking a Temporary Traffic Light Coordinator to join our team in Bristol.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures, and ensuring all schemes run smoothly and efficiently during each working day.

This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • High standard of work completion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong timekeeping abilities
  • Flexibility to undertake various shifts and weekends

Candidates must also possess:

  • Lantra qualification in M1/M2 and ideally M5
  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Minimum 1 year of driving experience
  • Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test when required

The estimated salary for this position is up to £144 per shift, with increased payments for weekend and bank holiday work. Benefits include accrued holiday pay from day one, pension contributions after a qualifying period, weekly pay, and tax and national insurance deductions only.
