About the Role

We are seeking a talented Area Team Coordinator to join our team in Bristol and North Somerset. As an Area Team Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bank services across the area.

Your responsibilities will include providing an in-area bank service that meets the needs of key stakeholders, managing the Perm to Bank process, and maintaining the Bank Register. You will also be responsible for building excellent relationships with bank workers and working dynamically and flexibly across the area to ensure the bank service is provided in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an in-area bank service that meets the needs of key stakeholders.
  • Manage the Perm to Bank process.
  • Build excellent relationships with bank workers.
  • Maintain the Bank Register.

Requirements:

  • Be approachable, cheerful and calm, you'll have excellent customer service skills.
  • Be able to work flexibly under pressure, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Have a Health and social care qualification at an NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • Have previous supervisory experience in rostering social care settings.
  • Have experience of using a variety of IT systems to organise and coordinate work
  • Be able to build professional relationships.
