Acutely Unwell Patient Support Worker

We are recruiting Acutely Unwell Patient Support Workers to provide vital support to housebound patients. As a key member of the UK Event Medical Services team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments to identify and address the complex needs of each patient.
Main Responsibilities:- Undertake in-depth patient evaluations to guarantee all needs are met
- Develop effective relationships with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain awareness of current operational procedures, clinical practices, and health & safety legislation
- Possess a valid Full UK driving licence
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, with access to a dedicated Primary Care GP for consultation or medication prescription as needed. The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000.
