Male Support Worker Role

Dimensions is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Male Support Worker to provide high-quality care and companionship to a male client in Sheffield. This role involves working closely with the client to understand his needs and preferences, supporting him in maintaining his independence and engaging in activities he enjoys.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be patient and understanding, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Aiding with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Accompanying the client on outings and encouraging social interaction
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
