Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Whiteley, Hampshire, UK.

This role will involve working closely with the Supply Chain Function to support procurement processes and ensure smooth operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collate and file procurement requests and goods receipting records
  • Support supply chain activities, including setting up new vendors as required
  • Utilize order placement systems to load requirements and purchasing requests
  • Raise purchase requisitions and perform goods receipting
  • Provide support to the Subcontracts and Procurement Team as needed
  • Review and administer NDA requests to suppliers and manage internally
Requirements
  • Strong experience in a similar role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and versatile in responding to business demands
  • Able to work as part of a close team and think critically to solve problems
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize duties
  • Must hold or be able to gain full UK security clearance
  • Good presentation skills
