Job Overview:
We need a visionary Revenue Development Manager to guide our sales team's performance, develop innovative sales strategies, build robust client relationships, analyze sales data, and train sales staff.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, and expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
