Job Title: Business Development Manager
About Us: DPDgroup UK is a leading logistics company seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new business revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and develop a robust prospect funnel, ensuring sufficient opportunities to achieve new business targets.
- Monitor the performance of new customers, ensuring they meet agreed profiles and terms. Implement action plans for any variances.
- Facilitate the handover of new accounts to relevant account owners within 8 weeks.
- Support customer-facing activities, including calling potential and existing customers post-marketing campaigns.
- Achieve productivity targets as agreed.
- Maintain up-to-date internal systems.
Performance Metrics:
- New Business Revenue and Service Mix against target.
- Systems compliance.
- Prospect Funnel opportunities and committed reports.
- Daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location. A competitive benefits package is included.
