We offer permanent positions with guaranteed hours, flexible shift patterns, and Bank Worker contracts. Our services cover the Stroud area, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, and Cheltenham.

Our mission is to empower individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism to live fulfilling lives. We achieve this by providing outstanding care and support in Supported Living settings, with some locations offering 24/7 staffing. Our staff work closely with management and our Positive Behaviour Support Lead to ensure each individual receives the necessary support to thrive.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to gain experience in setting up a specialist supported living service for a lady moving into her own home in Stroud. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the development of valuable life skills and fosters community connections. As a Specialist Support Worker, you will contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment that enables our clients to live independently with specialist care and guidance.

We require at least 2 years' experience supporting adults with learning disabilities/mental health issues. In return, we offer comprehensive training, including a Positive Behaviour Support qualification. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality care. We also offer competitive hourly rates starting at £13.00 per hour, making this an attractive career opportunity for those seeking a challenging yet rewarding role.
