Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Graphic Packaging International - Europe. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, managing a portfolio of accounts, and ensuring that our business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full portfolio of accounts allocated to you, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the planning, production, and operations teams to ensure that our business provides a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide information to customers and internal stakeholders in a concise and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the external accounts manager to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Accountable for launch management on your portfolio of accounts.
  • Support the ethos of team working within the department.
  • Ensure regular and effective communication within and from all areas to achieve common business aims.
  • Liaise with customers as and when required, including off-site visits.
  • Be proactive in developing solutions to departmental issues.
  • Identify issues and recommend adjustments or resolutions to rectify any issues.
  • Grow product knowledge through regular product training and working alongside internal departments.
  • Monitor and manage aged stocks, pre-aged stocks, overdue reserves, unreleased reports, WIP status, extras tracker, and Pack works tasks to meet company KPIs.
  • Ensure board reserves are managed effectively.
  • Ensure attention to detail is paramount and accurately transfer data and pricing from point of order to invoicing.
  • Conduct a full handover with your team when on annual leave.
  • Assist in covering accounts within the team when colleagues are on annual leave.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer-facing skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver a high standard of service.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment - FMCG preferred.
