Job Summary: Sanderson is seeking a highly skilled Reward and Organisation Effectiveness Specialist to support the implementation of a new global job architecture, assist with the annual reward review cycle, and contribute to various Organisational Design workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of global job architecture roll out, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
- Take a key role in the management of the global end of year process for performance and reward, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Lead the Workday system preparation to support the end of year process, ensuring data integrity and system readiness
- Ensure data accuracy and system readiness for the global annual reward and performance review process, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Support country and central function HRBPs with job grading, job family mapping, and compensation governance, providing expert guidance and advice
- Support the Global OD on various Organisational Design workstreams, ensuring that Sanderson remains organisationally capable and effective
Key Experiences and Skills:
- Proven experience in working in HR roles of a matrix organisation, with a strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices
- Strong data analytics and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proven experience in managing annual reward and performance review processes, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and employee engagement
- Proven experience in employment cost budgeting, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis
- Comfortable and experienced working in a fast-paced change environment, with a strong ability to adapt to new situations and priorities
