About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for implementing a data-driven Search & Visual Merchandising strategy, adopting best-in-class strategies, and developing forward-thinking features to enhance the consumer experience across our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee data-driven, customer-centric visual merchandising strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across fascias and enhancing the search experience to meet customer needs.
  • Enhance personalisation on site and app via search and merch tools to create a seamless and engaging customer journey.
  • Develop forward-thinking features that drive performance across each fascia, aligning with Frasers Group's aspirations.
  • Contribute new ideas to our Digital Roadmap and manage these from concept through to delivery, ensuring a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse and interpret A/B test results, compiling detailed views of outcomes, learnings, and next steps to inform future optimisation strategies.
  • Create and develop playbooks of best practices to ensure consistent and scalable optimisation practices across the business.
  • Use data insights to identify customer pain points in the journey, presenting recommendations on how to optimise in these areas and drive business growth.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimise experiences during trade events and other initiatives, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Help build, develop, and manage weekly reporting on key insights and actions, providing visibility into the impact of optimisation strategies.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Optimisation Specialist who is passionate about customer behaviour, optimising online experiences, and driving business growth. You will have a strong data-driven mindset, commercial understanding, and experience with Search & Merch tools such as Algolia or Attraqt. You will also have a good understanding of personalised algorithms and their impact on the customer journey, as well as experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
