Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Behavioural/Therapeutic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and a proven ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to children with behavioural and learning challenges.
  • Adapt teaching strategies for children with specific learning needs, including slow processing speeds.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop effective learning plans.
  • Contribute to a positive school environment by promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Benefits and Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, pension scheme, professional development opportunities, and a positive school environment.
