Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading new product development within the organisation, managing regulation and formulation of new product development, and liaising with internal and external partners to ensure the successful progression on new products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience working in a Senior Technical role within the AgriChemical, Horticulture or Plant Science industry or similar. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

">

This salary range is based on the job requirements, location (Cambridge), and industry standards.

About Cambridge Location

">

As a hybrid worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week and spend 3 days in the office in Cambridge.
