Aircraft Maintenance Director

Based in Cambridgeshire, we are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Director to lead our technical team across various contracts.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits package. Working hours are Monday to Friday, and you will be based from an office in Fulborn.

The successful candidate will manage the service delivery team, ensuring all available resources work collaboratively and in accordance with the contract. They will support the Account Director with operational performance, ensure site-based personnel manage the contract to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and review monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Manager looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities within Facilities Management. If you have a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience in Facilities Management, we would like to hear from you.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Technical background essential - Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
  • Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management.
  • Good knowledge of building services and legislation.
