At Marshall of Cambridge Holdings Limited, we are committed to developing the next generation of aerospace engineers. As an Aerospace Engineering Trainee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing aircraft, ensuring they meet the highest safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 GCSEs at Grade A*-C/4-9 (or equivalent) including Mathematics, English Language, and Science. A Level 3 qualification in Engineering or A Levels preferably including Maths and Physics is also desirable.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work towards developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to become a skilled aerospace engineer. You will receive fully funded qualifications, real-world experience working on aircraft, and the opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending and engaging with training, including exams and meetings with tutors/assessors
  • Managing time effectively to complete coursework, assignments, and exams required to achieve the apprenticeship
  • Scheduled aircraft maintenance and servicing
  • Unscheduled aircraft maintenance including defect rectification to aircraft systems and components
  • Modifications to aircraft structures, systems, and interiors
  • Related duties, including operation of ground equipment, assistance in aircraft movements, and aircraft delivery

PAYMENT AND BENEFITS:

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
