About the Opportunity:
Morson Group is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Professional to lead our quality audit team. As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for conducting audits, investigating quality failures, and providing assurance duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and quality management system implementation.
- Investigate quality failures and identify trends to inform root cause determination and containment actions.
- Process personnel approvals and collaborate with production departments to resolve quality matters.
Requirements:
- Experience with auditing techniques and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes in aerospace or highly regulated industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
