We're recruiting an ambitious and motivated Customer Experience Team Lead who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our unit and service counters run smoothly and delivering truly incredible experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
  • Oversee the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
  • Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Identify opportunities for new service concepts to drive sales.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to exceed expectations.
  • Support and train teams, leading from the front to make everyone excel in their role.
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards.

As part of Compass, you'll help feed people, fuel progress, and forge connections in around 6,000 venues. Our estimated salary range is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
