Job Summary
We are seeking an Aseptic Technician to join our Assembly department in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling viral and bacterial antigens into final serials, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble viral and bacterial antigens into final serials
- Apply excellent aseptic technique to maintain product quality and safety
- Understand and follow GMP process documentation
- Maintain accurate inventories of bulk fluids and components
- Perform environmental monitoring and equipment maintenance
- Assist in preparation of SOPs and validation of procedures
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Preference given to applicants with relevant experience in biological production and/or aseptic manufacturing
- Two years post-secondary education with biological coursework desirable
Working Conditions
Exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, noise, live steam, temperature fluctuations, biohazards, and continuous standing and lifting to a maximum of 50 lbs.
