Aseptic Technician Lead

Zoetis, the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of animal pharmaceuticals, is seeking a highly skilled Aseptic Technician Lead to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the filling, freeze-drying, and capping of lyophilized biological products.
Key Responsibilities- Train and supervise Aseptic Technicians in basic aseptic procedures and ensure compliance with Process Worksheets, Standard Operating Procedures, and policies.
- Assist with reading and reporting testing results using scientific instruments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead by example, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GMT, Tech Specialists, and Quality groups, to achieve production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform mathematical calculations and metric conversions as required.
- Develop and maintain good interpersonal and communication skills, both within and outside the department.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years BPM Aseptic Experience or prior Lead experience.
- Demonstrate basic mechanical skills and proficiency in personal computer usage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
The Aseptic Technician Lead will work in a fast-paced production environment, with frequent exposure to heavy items, cleaning agents/chemicals, and extreme temperature variations. PPE will be provided and required as necessary.
