About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Aseptic Technician to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As an Aseptic Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping procedures. You will also monitor processes and report unusual circumstances and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping procedures.
- Monitor processes and report unusual circumstances and events.
- Assist with mechanical setup procedures in an aseptic environment.
- Use scientific measuring devices to establish and verify fill volumes.
- Perform routine environmental monitoring.
- Learn and apply USDA and APHIS requirements to assembly operations.
- Document processes accurately and completely in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Demonstrate basic mechanical skills.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Read, interpret, and apply safety procedures, standard operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and departmental procedures.
Working Environment:
The Aseptic Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels. The position requires frequent exposure to heavy items, cleaning agents/chemicals, and moving mechanical parts. The successful candidate will be required to wear safety equipment, including ANSI 75 Safety shoes and hearing protection.
