About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Turning Point. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Recovery Workers, Advanced Practitioners, and Volunteer Peer Mentors to deliver high-quality drug and alcohol treatment in the locality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver drug and alcohol treatment to around 500 service users in the area.
  • Manage all operations within the ROAR hubs, ensuring high-quality performance and quality assurance.
  • Support staff to ensure a high-quality service is delivered, including assessments, one-to-one key-working, groups, and clinical interventions.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key local organizations in the area.

Requirements

  • Demonstratable leadership skills and a flexible and adaptable leadership style.
  • In-depth understanding and ability to operationally and performance manage the functions of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and ability to adapt to respond to staff, commissioners/partners, and people we support.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and resilient in high-pressure environments.
