Job Title: Financial Leadership Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Leadership Position to join our team at First Choice Homes Oldham. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our financial strategy and ensuring the financial sustainability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance team to achieve financial targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business growth and development
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • CCAB qualified with a record of CPD in finance
  • Experience of financial planning, treasury management, VAT and tax compliance and internal and external audit
  • Proficient user of financial IT systems
  • Experience of leading, managing, motivating and developing a team
  • Knowledge of Housing SORP and RSH Financial Returns (desirable)
