  • Comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in real estate development or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with COINS land appraisal software.
